Holy moly. I don't leave negative reviews typically. Dinner time, 6:00 p.m. No ice in drink, no straw, cold sandwich, cold... fries. This location has terrible reviews for a reason. Stay away. Shame on you KFC. Read more
Went to pick up dinner and got home it was missing a side plus a gravy to my mashed potatoes.! I called nobody answered I take... that as you don't want no more business from me. I normally go to the store whenever I need dinner for my family. The worstexperience I've had at this KFC and I had to wait for my food for 10 minutes before they brought it out. So I give one star butif I can give minus I can give minus five for the fact that I had to wait and get home and I did not have all my order and Ipaid a pretty penny for my order. Read more
Something needs to be done. Never enough help, dining room closed and now you can?t order all white or dark meat chicken in a... family meal. Service has been going down for a while and it keeps going farther down. Read more
Ordered online and waited in parking lot until it was ready (we were the only car there and no one in drive through), after 10... minutes (the app tells me when it?s ready) i go to get it and it?s still not ready. So they have me wait another 10 minutes andthen when i do get it it?s wrong. Sandwiches had Mayo even though i asked for none and then most all of my sides were wrong. Soi show the girl and she just says ?you didn?t have slaw?? So i show her my phone, since they didn?t give me a receipt, where itsays my order including the sandwich condiments and she takes back the food that i touched and opened up. Then after another 15minutes i get it and the sides were wrong again, twice that they messed up my order after showing them it. Mind you the onesthat were right were with me the whole time so they were cold by the time i got the other food. I show her again so she can getme the correct sides and then leave. I then realized they didn?t give me any napkins or plastic ware and i was about 45 minutesfrom home and wanted to eat in the car. I didn?t bother going back in after all of that so i just won?t be coming back to KFC.Worst fast food I?ve had in a while. And the food wasn?t even good!!!! Came and got over a forty dollar order. Called to have it fixed and got told I?d be called back four days later no call back. I... called again and was told by a manager they would replace the order. I came to the store and went to go inside at 5:30 and thedoors were locked even tho it says they are open for dine in. Then was told rudely that they would not replace the order nowthat o had come to get it fixed. Then the GM told me to bad nothing I can do and nothing I will do. Your are just out of luck. Ihope corporate sees this and fixes this issue. I also have the whole conversation on film for who ever needs to see it. Completetrash location and will never. I repeat never be back. Read more
Pulled up to the drive thur at 9:20, went to order and was told they had a $100 order while NOBODY was in the drive Thur or in... the store. Was told it?d be a 30 min plus wait on three pieces of fried chicken. If folks too lazy work maybe they shouldn?thave a job. Read more
Went all the way there for extra crispy chicken only to find out they don't have any! 30 minute wait to get extra crispy... Got... original recipe instead and got all the way home to find the sides were completely wrong. No wonder why nobody was there andthey're never busy. I'd give it a 0 star I'd I could. NEVER GOING BACK!! EDIT! I was told they were going to replace my orderfor my inconvenience but upon calling they were extremely rude and wouldn't even give me they're names. This is the most disrespectful establishment (employees) was in the drive-through on tonight and there were only three vehicles... in line. While I am sitting behind the car that is at the drive-through window , after the customer proceeds to get their foodI?m trying to figure out why they are still there waiting. they were having an entire full conversation with the employee foranother 5 minutes!! When I finally got to the window, I asked the employee if he was really having an entire conversation afterthe customer received their food while there were two other cars waiting? and his response was yes! I immediately drove offbecause I had been sitting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes. I left home early so I could get my food before I went towork and you wonder why people don?t come here.
