So glad I found this spot, it's quick and convenient from my work for lunch. The ladies are always super sweet & friendly and... the food is always cooked to perfection and tastes so delicious. Tonight my husband and I and a friend went out to eat at this Cagney's. Worst experience ever. I fully understand busy...that... was not the problem we understood a wait for the food. However when it came mine was missing the sides which did not come till Ihad almost finished the entree. No drinks were ever refilled, and I watched her handle multiple things for other tables withoutever checking on us. Finally we got the bill and to go box after managing to flag her down from picking up her tip in the closedroom while we had been looking for her to ask for refills. She got my husband's to go drink right but not my decaf so she saidshe would bring it out. Fifteen minutes later with my husband in the car my friend came in and took his tip from under the plateand caught a different waitress (we were in a corner where there was no wait staff traffic) and she brought it my decaf to go.My waitress passed by at that same time and literally gave me a smart Alecky smirk and no apology. If I ever go back I will notsit in her section. When I complained to management I was told they were busy and doing their best. I told them I had watchedher and knew that was not the case. If I could have reversed the tip my husband left I would have. I do not have the waitress'name or I would pay it so others can avoid her. Read more
I was craving a pancake breakfast after work on a Saturday and Cagney's has always been a good place to go for breakfast type... food anytime in the 8 Years I've lived in Kernersville. I thought that the fact I arrived about an hour before they closedshouldn't have been a probIem. I was led to a dirty table by the hostess who proceeded to sort of clean the table. When I satdown my arms were in sticky mess still on the table. I asked for the breakfast menu and the nice waitress helped me to decidewhat to get with my pancake. I ordered a coffee. The coffee was lukewarm and my waitress was very busy, so I stopped anotheremployee that was filling supplies and told her about the coffee. She couldn't of cared less and didn't tell anyone. When mywaitress finally came back she took my cup to the coffee station and had a brief chat and chuckled about something with thehostess that had shown me to my table. She came straight back to my table and asked me "if they made a fresh pot, would I drinkit"? I was a little taken back, honestly! I was like, isn't that just part of what you do here, making coffee? I thought tomyself, what was I supposed to say, that I would drink the whole pot? (I normally drink several cups with a meal) I also thoughtabout the fact that some people order coffee when they get dessert. I would think that it would be a natural thing for arestaurant to have hot coffee on hand right up to closing, not have it shut off nearly an hour before closing! I thought it wasa very not classy, low rent and frankly I believe they were just being so cheap they didn't want to make it! Personally I thinkif a paying customer comes in the way I did they should be provided with the coffee even if it was only one cup! At that pointI decided to cancel my meal and just leave. That was only the latest issue I've had at Cagney's and there won't be another! Iwon't be back...ever. That's too bad! Read more
This is the spot to be! Cagneys is a fantastic restaurant with a very friendly staff, amazing food, fair prices and wonderful... family environment! This is a great place for any meal! Breakfast, lunch or dinner! They sure know how to make you feel welcome!I will forever be a regular at this location. Thankful to have found such a great restaurant! Read more

Food was good and our server Tabitha was AWESOME!! We greeted upon arrival and everyone was very courteous
Wonderful restaurant. The food is fresh and lots of healthy ingredients in the chicken souvlaki platter with tzatziki and salad.... Definitely recommend. I even had some leftover for later! My husband had the gyro platter which he said also was good. Waitstaff were friendly even though they were understaffed and working extra hard. We live a long way away however whenever we'reback close to that neighborhood we would definitely go back to Cagney's. Read more
The wife and I stopped here on our way back home from vacation and Dalene was our server. She was wonderful and professional.... The food was awesome and got to us in a timely manner!
