Because my first review got taken off. Decided to try another one. This place is a 0-star. Only staff here that actually does a... good job is the kid taking the money , he is the only one who has a positivie attitude. The rest of the staff is too busygoofing around, can never understand your orders and you have to repeat constantly. The chicken is never ready, nothing is everready. Always a wait , even after paying. Why even bother calling it fast food. No more money for this place, bad service, badfood. MGMT look at your reviews. Read more
Fortunately my food was delicious. The 3 stars is because the customer service sucked! Both the workers I encountered treated me... like we don't want your service just go! Literally shoved me my packets of jelly, no Thank you back. I guess I'll be going backto Greensboro Bojangles on Bessemer Ave. Crazy. Read more
I really couldn?t care less about taking time out from my day to review a business but I had to for this experience. It?s so... childish and I understand that fact, but I say please and thank you, yes ma?am and no ma?am, etc. That?s what I did here. I said?May I get some more ketchup please?? In a soft tone even and the lady at the window got an attitude. Yes. On the surface, thisnegative review is over some ketchup. But I personally just hate disrespect because I?m so respectful to everyone I come incontact with. Advice for the girl at the window on 9/12/22 at 11:32 A.M. - if you?re miserable with your job and/or your life(and it seems like you very well may be based on our one short and not so pleasant meeting) go work somewhere else. 7/17/222 Let me tell you a little story about this girl named Erika she works in the drive thru she has horrible customer... service skills and she threw pinto beans in my face after she rushed me while taking my order put it in the computer wrong andthen we had to pull back around and have the order fixed. There was a young polite man that was helping fix the order and she sorudely stepped in once she heard me complain about how she rude she was she said let me get those pinto beans and threw them outthe window in my face. All I wanted was my order to be fixed and to get my mashed potatoes and gravy. I now need to detail mycar it wreaks of pinto beans. Bojangles should never allow this type of customer service. This is the worst I?ve everexperienced. Very disappointed. Please make this right. Read more
this place deserves worse that a 1 star review. every time we come here they?re rude and get something wrong but i never try to... start anything because i know how food service can be. but it?s just ridiculous at this point. they didn?t give us the biscuitswe paid for nor our dressings. they always have attitudes about everything and when we asked where our biscuits are they said inthe boxes. they were not in the boxes. also the mashed potatoes looked a little concerning but that might just be my opinion? I love Bojangles. I eat it more times than I should, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This Bojangles has a chronic problem of... serving small or medium sized fries in a large container when you order a large fry. This was my most recent purchase, a largefry, and this was what I received. Read more
This location required me and 3 other cars to pull over and park from the drive through. Therefore it looked like this would be... quick but ended up taking over 10 minutes to get my food. If management is caring about drive times, this is a poor way to getthem. Read more
