Because my first review got taken off. Decided to try another one. This place is a 0-star. Only staff here that actually does a... good job is the kid taking the money , he is the only one who has a positivie attitude. The rest of the staff is too busygoofing around, can never understand your orders and you have to repeat constantly. The chicken is never ready, nothing is everready. Always a wait , even after paying. Why even bother calling it fast food. No more money for this place, bad service, badfood. MGMT look at your reviews. Read more
Fortunately my food was delicious. The 3 stars is because the customer service sucked! Both the workers I encountered treated me... like we don't want your service just go! I really couldn?t care less about taking time out from my day to review a business but I had to for this experience. It?s so... childish and I understand that fact, but I say please and thank you, yes ma?am and no ma?am, etc. That?s what I did here. I said?May I get some more ketchup please?? In a soft tone even and the lady at the window got an attitude. Yes. On the surface, thisnegative review is over some ketchup. But I personally just hate disrespect because I?m so respectful to everyone I come incontact with. Advice for the girl at the window on 9/12/22 at 11:32 A.M. - if you?re miserable with your job and/or your life(and it seems like you very well may be based on our one short and not so pleasant meeting) go work somewhere else. This location required me and 3 other cars to pull over and park from the drive through. Therefore it looked like this would be... quick but ended up taking over 10 minutes to get my food. If management is caring about drive times, this is a poor way to getthem. Read more
