September 21st, 2022 was my first time eating inside this Kernersville NC location. The eggs were cold, cheese was shredded... laying on top unmelted, grits were lumpy and warm, the only food that was warm and good was my biscuit. I was totally bewilderedwith disbelief, because I usually do the drive thru around 5:30 am and my food is always delicious. I don't know if they changedworkers or what but I will definitely not be going back. Oh I forgot I also got one of my favorites the cinnamon roll, openedit, hard as a rock! I had to stop on my way out and requested a fresh one. I'm not that person, but I couldn't leave withoutgetting my cinnamon roll. What?s the point of asking for names if you don?t use them and give the wrong order?! It?s my fault for not checking my bag... before I pulled away (especially since when driving up I saw someone pull over to take their food back in). However, I was givensomeone else?s order and asked to do a survey. Wasn?t informed how to do the survey so google review it is. $10+ for an orderand nothing is what I ordered or even anything I would eat. The staff is friendly and the food is always hot. I've never had an issue with the taste of the food. It has always been tasty.... This location always seems to be slammed. But the wait time isn't too bad because they get people through the drive thruefficiently. I wish the traffic flow was better at this location. It's a mess. Because a shopping center and another restaurantis beside this location, traffic is congested and it can be difficult to maneuver around. Read more

Ordered spam biscuit with hashbrown. Our family also ordered steak biscuit and gravy, spicy chicken and honey biscuit and fried... chicken biscuit. Also ordered mixed berry hand pie, cinnamon roll and strawberry muffin. Our favorite was the steak biscuitdipped in gravy and the spamtastic biscuit. The fried chicken patties were a little thin. The cinnamon roll was really good. Themuffin was tasteless and the hand pie was disappointing. It was disappointing because the pies were soggy. The fries wereexcellent, nice and hot! We also ordered 2 peach and 1 strawberry sodas. They were VERY good! The service was fantastic, verycompetent and friendly. All of our large order was in the bag with napkins and utensils. Best fast food breakfast I've ever had! We came up to North Carolina from Florida for a concert and found this fabulous chain,... where they make fresh biscuits all day. Not sure about the food yet, but the service is awful. I ordered, paid, and with none behind me, they made me pull into a... parking spot away from the building. There were 3 other cars already pulled over waiting on food as well. This place was notbusy. We were the only 3 people there. After they brought out my food, I had to flag the lady who brought me my food back down,because she didn't ask me if I wanted condiments, and forgot my straw, all of which could have been avoided if I WAS Allowed TOSTAY AT THE WINDOW AND WAIT ON MY FOOD!
