Just got food with my family and their manager was rude as ever.Asked her if there were any napkins in the bag and she yelled at... us with a yes. It's says Bonnie on my recept her customer service was very poor. As well asked us to wait and certain itemsweren't fresh.If I could give them 0 stars I would have I was running late is the only reason I didn't go back to get a refund.Do better Jack in the Box. The service was slow, but it was later (8pmish). Staff was polite. The facility was dirty and had a smell to it. The food was... decent. Their lobby soda machine was out of most options. Read more
The only reason they get a star is because I had to or else I wouldn't give them one. This location and its employees are rude... and very unprofessional. I went earlier to order food from the minute I ordered to the minute I got to the window to get my foodit was 30 minutes. Than they proceed to tell me that shake machine is down why didn't they say that when I ordered the food. Andmy food was cold and not made the right way. The 3 times I have gone, they were out of the item I wanted or the shake machine was being cleaned at 8:30 pm. Kind of crazy to... be cleaning the ice cream machine when it's the peak time & 100° outside. Seems like that should be done Before opening of dayor after closing. Read more
I wouldn't even give them one star fast food is suppose to be fast not take an hour I've been sitting in drive thru drive thru... has not moved in an hour can't leave because cars blocking me in and now I'm late for work. Read more
The night crew is always super friendly and helpful. I always order the chicken strips there?s something about them at this... location that just makes them stand out super good! I have only had one issue with my order so far but, I called and let themknow what happened they were totally professional and hooked me up with fresh order. I hope they keep up the great work! To begin with they didn't even get our order correct. We couldn't tell what they got down , because the diplay window of what... u order was not working. When we got to the window & recieved our reciept we had to tell them that they forgot to add the tacoswe ordered. There were no cars in front of us or in back of us. And yet we still had to pull forward and park to wait for thefood. They took a long time to finally bring out the food. The fries were cold and old, cooked in old oil. Instead of being white in color they were a brownish orangish color. And the girl who took our order was rude. We had asked a question & shedidn't even answer it. She just had us pull frwd. And she wasn't even at the window, it was a guy. Read more
