Customer service here is so so bad. ?Jazz? apparently the manager is rude to everyone around her and trains her staff that way.... The glare of resentment when as soon as you enter is one thing, the massive sighs and eye rolls if staff do something wrong, ifyou can?t decide or worse if you change your mind on a topping are horribly unnerving. Think that girl is in the wrongprofession in customer service and should avoid anything involving other people. Read more
The service here used to be great but lately the people are rude and ignorant. My girlfriend was told to "open her mouth" cause... she wasn't heard. I was looked at by an employee saying " I want to kill someone right now". Service by "Jazz" and " Nicholasabsolutely disgusting. Read more
Decent Subway. Clean. Good, friendly service. Fresh ingredients.
This Subway is like any other subway. Chincy on the cheese unless you tell them not to be, and flies all over everything in the... summer. The people who work here seem to be nice I never see a manager there it's all young kids. Overall this is a prettyaverage Subway. Read more
This was in Keromeos BC. Subway has a new sub but can't remember what it called, wink wink. I had it with cheddar, spinage,... cucumbers and tomatoes with lots of pepper and you vaforite sauce. Been going to this location for over five years now. Service is always fast and friendly. Food offers decent value as well.
Clean, renovated and about the quality of food you'd expect :) Most staff are great too, with one exception: The brunette (dark,... maybe black hair) with big eyes --and who shows up to work with large, unsightly hickeys on her neck-- who seems to be workingthere nearly every time I go, is never friendly. To anyone. "Sighing" as if doing her job is the end of the world, shortresponses, bossing around the other staff like she owns the place (though, I expect even the owner doesn't do that), and evenhas loud casual conversations with neighbourhood kids who aren't even working there, or are perhaps off-shift (raising her voiceand/or bossing them around too). Perhaps I have high expectations for "teens" at a fast food joint, except all of the otherones are friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. No chips on their shoulder or sticks up their... Only some wereraised in barn, I guess. I'm embarrassed for the restaurant each time I see the way she responds to both staff and patron (orthe kids who come in vying for her attention unrelated to work). I don't find this issue at any other place of business butyours. Read more
