Waited in drive through line forever. Moved ahead only because people were giving up and driving off. They were handing out... pick up orders but apparently not serving the drive through line. When I finally took off the same van was still at the windowthat was there when I arrived. Never got any food. Never even placed my order. Never again. One star because it won't let me dozero. We dropped in at Wendy's as we were out and about on errands. It was lunchtime and we have enjoyed a simple meal at Wendy's... before. We had two great salads for lunch. The counter staff was helpful and friendly. The place was very clean. All in all, agood meal! Read more
Went through the drive thru today to get a kids meal and a water. They attempted to charge me $2.50+ for a water size upgrade.... After telling them a small would be sufficient this is the WATER they gave me. (I understand it probably comes out with juice orsomething but they can?t even have the decency to serve clear water!!!) Went here tonight, got food through the drive-thru. The girl at the drive-thru cut me off mid-order and then when I tried to... place the rest of my order, had an attitude and was EXTREMELY rude. Got home, opened my bag and my fries were bricks. Literallycan?t even chew them without almost breaking a tooth lol. These fries should be a yellow color not orange. sad service -1/10 Read more

I just went there a few minutes ago. and the guy taking the order was so rude and yelled to me cause he did misunderstood one... item of my order then when i went to the window he was making fun about something with the other lady and i asked if everythingis there, if my order is completed they said yes i repeted my order is completed ? and they said yes everything is there, thenwhen i arrived a home i noticed we has the fries missing. is not much about what was missing is about respect and service. thatperson was lucky I was with my family otherwise the history should be diferent.
