I placed orders twice this week and they are 0 for 2 on getting things right. The first time was an order for 3 people and there... was only 1 order of fries instead of 2. This time it was just for me and instead of a bourbon bacon burger I got a regularburger. TERRIBLE attention to detail! Read more
Unorganized Kaos, waited patiently to have our order taken, finally left when cashier past us 2 or 3 times without a word like... "I'll be right with you." Restrooms were filthy with used surgical gloves in them. We left. Scary. Read more
Had an employee take car keys outside and he was wearing gloves, came back in with the same gloves and put the keys on the... counter and dropped something on the floor and with the same gloves he started filling the ice so I told him he needed to washhis hands and put new gloves on and was going to wait but I told him he needed to do it know. Even though it says this Wendy's is available for dine in, I've come here at least five times in the past year, and the dine in... is never open - not once - only drive-thru. I recommend the management remove dine in from their Google map posting. The signin front also says open, however it is only open for drive-thru. Read more
