I used to love this restaurant. I used to come here a lot. But not anymore. An employee today was very rude. They gave someone... thier food at the front door while telling me I had to go to the drive thru. When I got there I was told I couldn't get my OreoCookie Iced Cappuccino because the machine was broke. So I left the line and went to your competitor down the road......totropical smoothie cafe where they actually provide excellent customer service. BTW there is a new coffee shop that's beingbuilt on the corner of 44th and Breton called Scooter's Coffee that's going to bring your restaurant a lot more competition! Read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND this Tim Hortons. 9/10 times I have been here they are rude or the coffee tastes awful. Today I ordered a... Cold Brew, it tasted awful and I asked them to remake it. I finally asked is this Cold Brew and the employee admitted it wasjust iced coffee because they didn?t have Cold Brew? so I was originally charged $3.19 and lied to about a drink when they wereserving me one that costs $1.99. The employees here are so rude that I couldn't help laugh at the worst possible customer service I have ever recieved. From... repeating my own order multiple times to someone definitely not listening, to rude remarks, and not a care in the world. Itseriously is laughably bad. Read more

I loved this restaurant for about 2 weeks, but the location on 44th street and Kalamazoo in Grand Rapids is dropping the ball. I... stop here for coffee and breakfast often since it?s on my way, every morning my order is wrong. I went there today and orderedTim Bits, a 20 pack, at first they said they didn?t have birthday cake ones then said they did. So that?s what I ordered fromthem. When I got my order, of course it was wrong so I went back through the drive through, and they told me they ?made twoorders with birthday cake ones and just aren?t sure what happened to them? and when I wanted them to correct it they didn?t haveany more of the right kind and I would have to wait 10 minutes or more. Ordered a Mocha and ice mocha. Was asked if I wanted cream and sugar. I had never been asked that at Tim Hortons when ordering a... mocha so I said no. The iced coffee was black with chocolate squeezed in. Asked what?s wrong and was told it didn?t have creamand sugar so I had it added. When I drank my warm mocha it was disgusting. Dumped it out in the drive way and drove off. If I?mordering a drink that?s not a standard coffee, make it the way you?re supposed to make it! Don?t confuse a person with optionsthat aren?t meant to be options. If I wanted a black coffee with chocolate squeezed in, that?s what I would order. Veryfrustrating. Also the food was subpar at best. If this would have been my first time at Timmy?s, it would have been my last. Read more

Very rude. Had to repeat my order three times and still had to correct them at the window. Was rudely told basically not to be a... b"tch, even though I was nothing but polite (service workers have a tough enough job without rude customers) It would be in thebest interests of the store if the General Manager did some Customer Service Training, and put the individual who was being rudeon a performance improvement plan. Went to this location for the first time and let me just explain my experience. I'm a very outgoing, friendly, try to make u... smile kind of person. We walk in to this establishment to be not greeted but instead hear complaining about nobody wanting to behere. I walk in and say "good morning ladies, are you guys ready to cook us some good food?!" The cashiers reply was No I beenhere since 4am and I don't want to do nothing... I proceed to place my order and try to lighten the mood in the place andstill... all I get is negativity she tells me that her coworkers might wanna cook our food but she doesnt. While all this isgoing on, the phone is ringing and ringing and finally someone answers. Another worker says "awe u must want more customers huh"it ends up being another employee calling to say shes running late. The cashier makes it clear that it's good she called becauseotherwise she was going to abandon them and let them figure it out between the 2 other employees there. We all end up orderingour food and it was prepared nice and quick. However, when I got to my shop to eat my food, every piece of sausage was cold andone of the sandwiches had a long black hair hanging out of it abnoxiously... if the horrible display of customer service wasntbad enough, I threw my entire order away after seeing the hair in it. I'm not going to call and ask for a refund. I'm not goingto call and get anyone fired. I just want to share my experience. I've heard nothing but great things about Tim Hortons.
