My first time ever ordering at this Popeyes and the food tasted really great. My only complaint was after waiting almost 15... minutes in the drive thru before getting to order- we received another person's order when we finally got to the pickup window.I always check my food before leaving so that's how I realized the mistake. We had to then parked in front of the buildingwaiting for almost 30 minutes before an employee finally brought out our correct order to us (chicken wasn't ready, they said).Checked my food and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the tiny packet of fries- there was hardly any fries in the bag (about10-11 fries) and I paid $3.29 for that? Unacceptable. It was smaller than a typical small fries at any other restaurant. Afterall that waiting I was so disappointed. I ordered beignets with my meal. I ordered everything online. My order wasn't even close to being done when I went to pick it... up. The employee that was packing my order said that the beignets weren't ready yet and went to the back room. He finallybrought them around to me and gave me my order. After eating our meal we decided to have a beignet and found that they weretotally covered in salt. Yes that is correct they were totally covered in salt. I didn't realize that they were covered in saltinstead of sugar until I took a big bite of them. It was disgusting. I called the manager she said she was sorry to hear thatand offered to replace them with a larger order but I had to come in yet that night to pick them up. I told her that I wasreally busy could I pick them up another night and she said no that it had to be done the same night but she would have themready when I would come to pick them up. When I went to pick them up the employee that had helped me said oh I'm sorry Icouldn't find powdered sugar in the back. So basically he admitted to putting salt on them. That's ridiculous. We were on ourway someplace so after a while we decided to have a beignet open the bag and realized that there was nothing on the beignets. Nosugar, no powdered sugar. Really??? Sooo disappointed with this location. I didn't think to take pictures of them covered withsalt but did take a picture of them with nothing on the new order. Read more
Stopped in for meals for 4 people. I didn't want to carry 4 drinks. April was very helpful and suggested a gallon of tea or... lemonade. I didn't even know that was a thing. Excellent service, food was fresh and tasty. Very happy with my experience atthis location and will be returning. Read more
Always a long line at the drive thru. I brought my food home and the packaged butter was melted; when I opened it, it splattered... all over me. They had no original recipe chicken, so we settled with spicy, which wasn't bad. The food wasn't bad, but theexperience could have been better. Read more
I want to love this place, I do, it's just every time I go, they screw up the order. They forget the sauce atleast 2 out of 3... times I'd go there. They have the best chicken in GR. The best nuggets you can buy. If they upped there service and startedserving well and managing their customer flow better, they would be the best chicken this side of the southwest. Food is allabout the atmosphere and the service. Once they manage that, it's a 5 star review update. Read more
Love this Popeyes over the one on division & Burton. Really fast & professional. Food was right & really good. I can't say much... for the customers though. There was one guy there that was very intrusive. Hovering by me & my family as we ate and really closetalking to us while we waited for our food. Very uncomfortable situation. He was a construction worker on lunch break as he saidmultiple times LOUDLY. Other than that I love this location. The employees are very nice also. Read more
Been here many times, love the food. Was about 3:30 p.m. today waited 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru and it never moved so I... decided to go in, the young girl who took my order at the counter was working her tail off taking orders for the drive-thru andputting orders together to go while another girl looked clueless standing by the food that was ready to be put to orders and atleast three other people that I could see in the back just kind of meandering around all while this one girl was busting herbutt to get orders out. I let her know that she was doing a great job I hope the owner of this establishment knows what a greatemployee that they have. Read more
Placed a pick up order at 5:54. When time came clicked on the 5 minutes away. Just two combos no drinks, wasn?t ready until... 6:40. However they seemed short staffed with not the best manager. Thought it was better to do a pickup vs. clogging up thedrive thru or in house. Yet those people all got their order before us. Def need to figure out a better game plan for busynights and online orders. Read more
