It wasn't that I hated the restaurant or that they have horrible food, cause they don't and I don't leave bad reviews. This... time was not a fun because it was just like no really cared that my food got dropped off somewhere else, or that after 30minutes after the drop time, I called and the guy couldn't even tell me what number the driver was supposed to call. I had totext the driver my name, number, and address. There is absolutely no reason for all that and even better you think afterhaving to do the same order all over again, you would remember napkins or even a straw, but no. Get it together people, youare the only last night food place there is, don't take it for granted because before you it. That place will be shut down causeof the lack of concern for the customer and dropping sales with force hands. Read more
$15 for 3 piece dinner box includes your choice of pieces, 2 rolls, instant mashed potatoes and skimpy gravy, small cup of slaw... and large soda. Place is dead and it took over 15 minutes to get my food. Best fried chicken I have ever had. I was hereyesterday and came back today. 3 chairs to sit on, interior needs to be freshened up with new paint, etc. It needs a goodcleaning. Staff are ok to deal with. It's next to a busy party store with scruffy customers. Now, will I be back? We'll see soonenough. Ok, just finished eating. Yesterday I bought one breast to test it out. Today I ordered the above I don't know why. Ididn't eat all the potatoes. The rolls are soft and ok. The slaw is meh. The breasts were juicy and delicious. For me it'sbetter to just buy a couple pieces and I'll be good. Plus the pictures on their website aren't the reality of today's visit.It's expensive. A few pros and cons. Pros: the chicken wings were very good. Crispy and flavorful. Con: $5.50 for 4 wings that weren?t very... large is a bit pricey. Would return if the price was lower. The Italian beef was okay -but not a lot of flavor; would notre-order. Read more
I ordered a snack box with extra gravy. French fries were stale and soggy. The cheese on the fish sandwich looked like melted... plastic. The mashed potato container was warped from the microwave. Nasty food!! Wouldn't eat there again. Read more
Excess salt ????... any cuisine ,always check for salt. The chicken is dry, it is juicy only in few places. There is flavor for... sure, but killed by salt. The bread isn?t great either, super old for sure. The service is quick. Place was clean and COVIDinstructions all over. But staff did not have mask ???????. Pricing & portion is very generous. $10/5piece. I think Cousins islot better, sorry folks not coming back. Read more
