Spent $43 on food and they don't give refills for dine in??? This place sucks..plus a worker was on the phone when I walked in... with my 4 small children and heard her drop the N bomb..very unprofessional and will NEVER waste money at the Kenthood locationagain! Read more

Blatantly racist against white customers. If you're the wrong skin color, they make you wait and wait and wait until you finally... give up and walk out the door. Ordered 3 burgers from them and all of them were raw i called into the manager and they told me that i was wrong and it wasn't... undercooked even tho it was sitting right in front of me. And denied me a refund. Everyone in that building is unprofessionaland treats there customers like there worthless. We placed an order for 2 meals is was 20.00. The pop served was warm. We asked for a refill and the asst manager said they... don't give free refils. The store manager was very rude to me about this. McDonald's food is what we all grew up eating. Still delicious today. The service at this McDonald's is always good
