Absolutely dirty. Had to ask them to clean the slicing machine. Prep counter dirty with old food. Had to request a new batch of... lettuce. Floor was dirty and sticky, tables need cleaning. Attitude all over the store. Im going to call Kentwood healthdepartment on them, this business needs government oversight. Don't go there. Read more
Update 11/22 - Appears they are trying to improve. I was given free sub coupons for poor service on a previous visit, which gave... me incentive to give them another chance. Both orders during lunch hours were much more efficient, not quite 100%, but muchbetter than before. *JM's subs are great when the effort's put into make them as intended. This is the 3rd time I've ordered here in the last 6 months and I am done. I order online to avoid having to wait in line and it... always provides me with a time as to when I should arrive to pick it up. It's NEVER done on time and I still have to wait 10-15minutes in the store for them to make it. I might as well not even order online! Additionally, today while I waited the EXTRA 15minutes beyond my completion time, two orders were returned for being made incorrectly and were both returned. This wasconcerning for everyone in there today. Not to mention, there were (5) employees that I could see working and the place alreadylooked like a disaster and it was only noon. I'm done with this place, which is unfortunate because I really enjoyed the food.But $17 for a sub and 40 minutes to make it just is not going to work for me. Get it together and maybe I'll try it again in ayear or so. In the mean time, there are several other equivalent options in the immediate vicinity that know how to process anorder. Read more
The older gentleman on the grill rushed our sandwiches and thank God my wife checked it and found that the chicken was raw! Ordered online and it said 15 minutes wait, arrived after about 20 mins. Walk in, nothing on the pick up rack, wait 10 mins for... my order, nothing. It's not busy. I asked about my order and they found my order slip at one of the stations and had to make mysub, which took about another 5 minutes. Based on other reviews for this location this is a common occurrence. I've had greatexperiences at other Jersey Mike's locations but I can't recommend this one. Read more
