We came on thanksgiving after the lions game. The service was just great even though there were only a handful of folks working.... Then they surprised our little boy with a dinosaur backpack. Took about 5 minutes after being seated for someone to come over to get a drink order. Then another 10 minutes for them to come... back and said they forgot the drinks and then another 5 minutes after that to even get the drinks. Waited 30 minutes on thefood, mean while never received refills. Waitress was very nice, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had at arestaurant. We had the kids with us and were hoping to have a quick dinner as a treat on a weekday. The food took quite a while to arrive... but it was good. By then the kids? drinks were gone so we ordered refills that never came. We watched the waitress bussing andthen sanitizing tables but we had to go up and ask for to-go boxes and the bill.
