Arrived at the store at 6:55 and were told they weren?t taking any hot orders. I wouldn?t have a problem with that if they... closed at seven but was told that they close at eight. worst place ever always out of everything and only taking grill orders till 8:30 but if you order 10 mins before they will still... tell you too bad too late. Sometimes they will still have cooked cheesesteaks but not burgers , like forreal your cooking on thesame stove what one takes a little longer than the other? This place has went downhill, their always messing up my cheesesteakswhen we can order them my husband is allergic to dairy and when I ask for just a steak sandwich with no cheese I always getcheese on it, out of 10 times only 1 time might have been right. I really used to love this place, they had the best cheesesteaks! Now they use about half the meat, they haven't figured out... that they need a new check out system so don't expect to get through their line in under 15 minutes, the past 4 times they havenot gotten a single order correct, my last one was for a chef salad, went in 30 minutes later still haven't made my SALAD andthought extra egg meant no meat.
