Very disgusted with the service they honor drive-through more than they honor the front counter you don?t get an apology and... your food is not made correctly they do not warm up the tortillas on the grill they make your food in properly even though youpay a bundle of money just to have diarrhea especially from this Taco Bell I didn?t see anybody wash their hands at all and Iwaited in line for 20 minutes for my food ask for a refund because they didn?t make it correctly and apologize about it verydirty people Read more
My go-to place for nights when I'm just too tired to cook or whip something up in the kitchen. It's not the best Taco Bell - got... orders mixed up, wrong orders, etc. etc. but it's fast food so I'm not expecting Michelin Star service. 2 complaints - Didmobile order and was asked to park and pick order up at the counter. I didn't quite understand because the order was ready inminutes, so why can't I just wait at the drive-thru window when no one was even behind me? ???? Also, some of the crews aren'tmeant for customer-facing duties so maybe keep them at the back. Read more
Worst taco bell ever. They gave me the wrong food on 8/27 at 1 am, drove home saw that it was someone else order. I drove back... and the drive through girl wouldn't say anything I pulled up showed the bag she took it handed me the food and slammed thewindow didn't say sorry or anything. I honked she opened back the window and goes ya? I said who's the store Manger she goeswhy its a accident. Worst Taco bell in the area. Everything was smashed. Paid extra beef and sour cream. Crunch wrap soggy. Quesadilla smashed into... a ball. Never will we go back to this location. Definitely needs a new manager. Read more
The people that work there are some thieves. So make extra extra sure you get what you paid for and get a reciept even though... they suppose to give you one with your food they have purposely stopped giving them so you cant go on the website and give themreviews. And its a way for them to cheat the customer caused they wont do anything with proof of purchase. Again these peoplewant to be paid 20 something dollars an hour but theyre robbing the customers and messing up orders. Read more
The beans taste old and didn't get onions and tomatoes were just thrown on half...had to force myself to eat it it tasted so bad... :/ and as I'm doing this the cook straight up YELLS at a customer who told her his order was wrong. Wow. Read more
It's taco bell so you know what yo expect. Specifically this store is usually clean and maintained. They are open late so if... you need a bite at midnight it's close to the only place open in Kent. There's usually a line around the building late at nightbut they are relatively efficient so you don't have to wait long. No staff have ever been rude to me here and I've had anacceptable experience everytime I've went. Read more
Man this is the second time I get my full order completely wrong, on my receipt it says two GRLD Chaz BLX and fiesta potato's... but in my bag I got something completely different. Bean and cheese burrito,plain taco and no fiesta potato's.
