This is my go to subway and love the main lady-she works hard and is almost alway by herself. However, twice I?ve inputted a... Togo order through the app and when I showed up it was unexpectedly closed early. I completely understand, expected the paymentnot to go through and found that both times-they did. I put in a complaint to get a refund since I never received my food andnot even a response through the restaurant nor corporate. Not only did I not get the food I ordered, but I wasted time and gastrying to pick it up. On top of that I?m not getting a refund. It?s unfortunate that these situations are permitted atestablishments. Read more
Absolutely horrible. There was a guy ahead of us and she was extremely slow. This lady apparently came in that she did a phone... order our in her car and told us we had to wait until she was done with that woman's order because it was on the phone......seriously!!!!!! Then when she finally got to my order I asked for the bacon to be toasted she threw it in the microwave and itcame out so weird and looked uncooked so I asked her to toast the bacon and I looked away answering my husband and she toastedthe whole sandwich and I said no not toasted and she just asked what kind of veggies I wanted.... What few veggies they had were sad and wilted, there was next to no meat and the bathrooms were locked. We came in after seeing... a sign on the highway during our road trip and it was not worth the 2 minute detour. Read more
Place says open till 7:30pm on Sunday night. There at 7:15pm says can't make sandwiches. Already all food put away, this was... after called to see if open. They have taken online orders, processed purchase but said closed, can't make items. Still took themoney though. Sad for subway industry and reputation Read more
