Awful experience. Everyone has no sense of urgency. Its like a bunch of children. Where is the manager? Because she or he seems... to also not care. The service times are awful. I had to wait for a whole 25 minutes just to get a tea and I was at the walk upwindow! It's ridiculous. Im furious, because now I'm late for work, and my drink is wrong. Read more

The people here are getting ruder by the day. Except the orange hair kid and some older woman with black hair, she's awesome.... But anytime I don't get one of those two its straight attitude. Ive worked fast food for 4 years, no matter how bad of a dayyou're having, it's not the customers fault (most of the time). And everytime I go through my drink has been made wrong eachtime. :( Read more

This newer location has been very convenient for me. The Baristas are always friendly. I never feel rushed when deciding to try... something new. They were even wonderful and calm during the whole pandemic period. Never seemed flustered by all the outages.They're a great crew there. Read more
I had a great experience with pick-up at this location. There is walk-up window on one side and drive thru on the other. Tip:... There is always a long line at drive-thru, so I order on the app and walk-up for convenience. Read more
