If I could give zero stars I would. This one particular barista with a hijab on was extremely rude to me. She first got my drink... wrong on purpose and when I told her about it she gave me the nastiest look and told me to just take it. I was shocked but Itold her please remake it I do not like this and instead of remaking it she just opened the lid and sloppily threw onIngredients in front of me and gave it to me. I told her please actually remake it that does not look appealing and she loudlycomplained as well as giving me side glares. I was so sad to be treated that way I don?t know what I did wrong to be treatedlike that. So I ended up just taking the drinks even though it was still incorrect and super gross because I was too scared tosay something else. I promise to never return to this location ever again. From now on I will only support locally owned coffeeshops please retrain that one girl so she doesn?t treat others the same way she treated me. Read more
One staff(no name) is very disrespectful. Sometimes she makes my drink taste bitter. Now I always go to the one next to it. Not... recommend. Read more
I got a drink for my Mom and I. The drinks were great and the barista was friendly. The line was long and it took a while to get... our drinks today, but that isn't anyone's fault since they only had one barista working. I hope that barista has a nice day,that people tip her well, and that in the future isn't left under staffed. Read more

Service was HORRIBLE! 1st person in line and it was7 drinks later. "OUT OF ORDER" Vanille latte... RIDICULOUS!! The barista just... smiled.. a simple vanilla latte! Not happy.. spend hundreds of dollars at this location. Service is disorganized!! At least 6employees working.. Read more
We don't come to this SB too often but when we do it's usually ok. Our drinks are fine and it never takes too long. I do see... lines sometimes here and it can be crowded and we did have one incident several months ago...the lady asked if I wanted whippedcream on top of the kids' hot chocolates. I said sure, because who doesn't want whipped cream? But then she gave them tome...and the whipped cream was literally on TOP of it, like on top of the lid and everything. I have no clue if they thought itwas funny, or just confused or maybe I needed to specify the whipped cream go on top of the cocoa but still in the cup? But, wego to SB a lot, all over the place, and have never had it happen again before or after! It was so weird I did find it funny, butonly as a one-time thing... The staff who worked today couldn?t tell the difference between half ice and full ice. She also gave me a bad attitude when the... manager asked her to remake the drink. Worst Starbucks experience. Read more
Drive Through shows open on Google at 5 AM, no signs anywhere around the store showing hours. The barista says they don't open... for another hour. Recommend they update their hours on Google Read more
