Ordered a pie hours ahead of when I needed to pick it up. When I got there I was told they did not have what I ordered. I was... not notified that they didn't have what I already spent $20 on I was also told I could not get a refund there. We went to Shari's specifically for their Pie shakes! You can choose any pie favor and they will make it a shake! I had the... Marion berry pie shake...it iwas absolutely delicious! Used to be regulars BUT this is the last visit.. Sat down and it took 25 minutes just to get our order.. (2 breakfast plates and... 2 Kids meals). 45 minutes later all we had was our 4 waters. The couple who got seated after us finished their meals and wasready to pay. 1 hour is just too LONG. ***Update*** The next day i got an email from the GM. Donny was very apologetic aboutthe situation. He offered my whole family to come back and give Shari's another chance and the tab will be on them. So onSaturday around 10 am we came and the restaurant was packed! (Every table was filled) I let them know that we were there andwanted to speak to Donny. The waitress told us straight up that might not happen since the GM was in the kitchen helping thecrew. Eventhough Donny wanted to apologize personally to my daughter not wanting to eat there from our previous visit. I respectthat a manager was willing to get his hands "dirty" for the success of the team and restaurant. Overall our order and food camepiping hot within half an hour. Thought we?d try it for breakfast. Almost forgot about Shari?s so used to going to the usuals like Denny?s or IHOP. Was not... disappointed. Service was a bit slow, they were busy and by the time we left, there were people waiting. Food was good thedesserts exceptional. Prices reasonable. Read more

I love Shari's restaurants since I was a kid. My mom always takes me here every Sunday during late evening to have dinner. I... never bad experiences with customers services and some waitresses are kind and they still do recognize me since I often go hereas a child. Their food is totally heaven and I have the patience when the waitress takes our orders and the amount of time thechef need to cook. So some people needs to improve their patience as to prove their appreciation towards the elders, notcomplaining just for a pie or something. Just take it easy, please. This place is amazing! Our waitress Heylee was phenomenal, she knew my daughter has Autism without asking and was very attentive... to her and her needs! Oh and the food was quality home cooking! About the same prices as Dennys but a lot more food, and muchmuch much better quality ????. Read more
Shari's Cafe and Pies Lake Meridian 12990 SE Kent-Kangley Rd Kent, WA 98030 11/23/2022 Today, was the worst service! Ordered... drinks did not get them until after I received my salad. Waitress did not even put the coffee on so I had to wait longer forcoffee ???? when my food came it was cold. My Husband ordered steak but their was not any A-1 sauce for the steak!
