The absolute slowest and worst customer service. 45 minutes in the drive-thru with only 4 cars in front of me. If I had any idea... it would take this long, I would have never came. Wasted a lot of my time and gas. Will not return. Read more
We ordered 8pc family meal via drive thru. They indicated only have spicy,we responded that's fine.. paid $37 for this however,... when we got home we had 9 wings and 1 breast...im sure there is a wing deal for less than $37.... will not be going back Read more
Never again. Waited over an hour and a half in the drive thru b/c I placed an online order. Got to the speaker said I had an... online order & was told to drive to the window. At the window I was asked what I had ordered. I got the meal of chicken stripsand fries forgot to mention the banana cake so I didn't get it. I was too tired to argue with them about that. I just wanted toleave at that point. The chicken strips were fine, the fries were only warm and not crispy. Didn't get the sauce I asked for.Last time ever going to Popeyes. Read more
Food is great but the drive thru... I've never gotten through it quicker than 30 minutes. I was the third car in line and still... waited 30 minutes... And I could see a full staff (5+ people) in the kitchen. Dunno why it always takes so long but it's tastyenough to kind of warrant the wait. Read more
Love it when you?re calm & understanding to the kid getting your food together telling you ?oh we?re out of boxes for your large... fries?. Translation she couldn?t find it or wanted to and lied to my face that it was the bag.. Got home no, they just threw afew fries at bottom. No wonder people go Karen sometimes. This is by far the most filthiest Popeyes I?ve ever seen. Coming through the front the doors and windows had handprints and... sticky stuff on them. The condiments station was empty and dirty. The dining room area was filthy as well and full of junk. Thecountertops where orders are taken should be cleaned periodically. If their not going to clean why wear a mask? Read more
I used the mobile app and ordered 42.00 worth of food. We got there and they told us they didn't have enough food for our order... and to cancel and they couldn't talk to us for 10 minutes cause there was only 2 people working we saw about 5 people in there.There was a car in front of us that was having the same problem. After me complaining the app wasn't allowing me to cancel andjust wanted them to explain the process. They were swearing at me. And called me a piece of shi.... they said I had 2 options totake what food they had or get a refund. I said I would like a refund and they told me they already counted down their drawer itwas a little after 9 and they don't close until 10. They didn't want to make any food for customers and wanted to shutdownearly. They should close at 9 instead of 10 if they don't want to work. Very unprofessional and can't believe this is how wewere treated. They should close down this location. My sister went there and they didn't have her order either and when shecomplained when she got her food it was dried up burnt pieces. This place is a rip off and maybe shouldn't hire foul mouthedemployees. I never swore at them but I got called every name in the book. Never going back and calling the BBB if I don't get myrefund.
