Disrespectful owner. Went in with my family and order ph? with dessert. When my chè (Vietnamese dessert) came out it tasted... funny. I told the staff I had a dairy allergy and said the dessert tasted like there was milk in it along with the coconut milk.The owner came out and insisted there was only coconut milk in it and refused to replace my order. I had an ALLERGIC REACTIONafter this dinner. The staff warned me there has half and half in the dessert so I stopped eating it a quarter of the wayin. First time going to this place and I was not too impressed. Prices are higher than normal and I wanted rare steak and I did not... get that and got cooked steak. Broth wasn't too bad but such a high price for a very small bowl of pho that didn't satisfy?basiland limes had brown spots on them too and didn't seem fresh at all.
