We spent $70 easily on our first visit and it was worth every penny to us finally some good seasoned catfish in WA which is hard... to find in restaurant setting? We got the catfish, greens, cabbage, MacNCheese and potato salad and dessert to go?????.Being aMemphis southern belle and my boyfriend being from Miami we were extremely satisfied with the taste?I adore this place and thecashiers hospitality?So happy that we live on 17 mins away from here we will be coming back?Thanks Nana???????????? I came across this gem from a review on TikTok. This was my family?s first time in Seattle and the food was good for our soul.... Everything was delicious from the porkchops, to the cheesy macaroni & cheese, the little spicy kick that was in the greens andthose sweet potatoes...they were a dessert by themselves. It was a little over $30 (one meat & 3 sides) but that was not badbecause you tend to pay for quality. The quantity received was sufficient, I had leftovers sides (they taste even better the dayafter). We also had fried chicken and catfish, also top notch -quite delicious. Unfortunately, they didn?t have any dessert. Sadface. That?s why I can only give four stars because we didn?t have a complete meal but if anyone is looking for a good soul foodexperience, don?t hesitate to try this place. You will not be disappointed. This place is Heaven on Earth! Fried Chicken & Shrimp are simply amazing & those candies yams are the best! Can?t pass up the... green beans, too.
