I have been ordering JJ'S forever (years) from the Washington Ave. store and never had an issue. Present time I have moved... offices and now ordered from this store and today it took an hour to get a sandwich. I could of drove there and back 5 times inthat amount of time. Oh and the last time I ordered it took over 30min. From now on I'm just driving to the Washington Ave.Location and picking it up myself. Read more

I love the sandwiches but like today i order 2 sandwiches 1 coke and 1 chips and they charge me 2x the delivery fee. I asked... why they do that and they say its the policy. I always give tips but from now on i will stop giving tips. Read more
