They are not celiac friendly. They were not careful at all with my sandwich. They did grab a piece of paper and a clean knife to... make the sandwich however when he laid down the plastic to build the sandwich the paper folded under and just straightened itout instead of getting a new piece of paper. He also weren't careful about touching underneath and the edges of the paper wherethere was bread crumbs all over and then touching my sandwich. He also grabbed extra lettuce that fell off the sandwich thatwas already on the paper next to my sandwich and threw it back into the container full of lettuce. Kent location by harbor freight tools. the person slicing the meat's and cheese's wasn't very there as far as work, he had... already cut my sandwich though I had not told him I wanted giant, there were what I assume is new employees who gave me wrongchange(too much back) and the 2 other gentleman working we're not helping much, the new guys would ask what Mike's way was whichI assume at Jersey Mike's should be the first thing you learn, and then they did not put bacon on my club sub which I spent 18$for a full sub with the correct ingredients but the new people were not being overseen whilst doing the work, so now I have 2sandwiches that are an absolute mess and not the correct ingredients....I just wish I could find 1 Jersey Mike's that wasn'ttraining and had compitent employees that can actually give me my money's worth. I got my delivery order, which was supposed to be two sandwiches... Only one was put in the bag. The phone number that was on... the receipt and is here in Google maps does not actually call the business, it just rings endlessly and asks for a access codeand then hangs up on you. Not really looking forward to trying to order something else for dinner it is 8:30 at night and wealready waited an hour. Terrible experience Read more
