We usually come here for last minute dinners or late night munchies. The woman who works the window in the evening is... PHENOMENAL. She makes it feel like a family-owned establishment and you forget that you're at Jack in the Box. I'll be sure toget her name next time but if she isn't a manager, she should be. Inexcusable. The only thing correct in my order was the coke. I was taking dinner to my elderly mother and I ordered a sourdough... jack meal for mom (her favorite) and two tacos for myself. What I go was French fries and something that I think was supposed tobe chicken tenders, although they resembled chicken beaks rather than tenders(so crunchy we couldn?t bite into them). I shouldhave checked before driving away but I was in a real hurry and had already spent over 1/2 hour waiting with only 2 cars in frontof me. Needless to say, neither mom or I had dinner tonight. shake machine down 2 times this week and no sign until you are trapped in the drive thru! update: got an apology from the owner... supposedly, read what looks to be a half automated apology and looking at how many of those I see in the last two years I wouldthink the health department should be visiting often at this particular location! for me a simple sign prior to the drive thruwould have been helpful, but judging by the types and the amount of complaints I will not personally risk another chance withthis location! I like the food from Jack, mainly the shakes and sides (taco, egg rolls, ect.) But what i cannot stand is attitudes from the... employees. Not sure who the "gentleman" was working on 8/6 @ 4:45pm was, but his attitude at the speaker, especially when Iquestioned something that appeared on the order screen, was enough for me to comment in person to him about his attitude andleave without my food. The fried food looks disgusting like the oil is really old. I ate 1 of my egg rolls and my stomach hurts. This is not the first... time the food cooked in their deep fryers looked too dark and tasted bad. But this is barely edible. Read more
I actually like this Jack in the box. Some times they will forget something and I'll have to get back in line but it's not a big... deal for me. Customer Service has been good whenever I visit. We had 10 orders cashier kept saying are you done we only have 30secods and u have to leave cause I?m bymyself and you need to... hurry up cause I?m busy. Hell no we left and came to McDonald?s spending more then $100 so came to McDonald?s and it was only$69.02 the customer service was so much better. If I could rate no stars then I would. Way better service yesterday than I've had in the past the woman was friendly and didn't seem to hate her job/life like the... other employees attitudes implied. It nice when someone actually realizes they are in a customer service type of position!! Read more
