2nd EDIT: 8/23/22 Still have yet to hear from management. No return calls. At this point is is principal. EDIT 8/4/22: STILL... WAITINF ON MY FOOD OR MY REFUND... GOT A GENERIC ENAIL REPLY AND THE REOLY TO THIS REVIEW BUT THATS IT...UNACCEPTABLE. Horrible experience. Went through the drive-thru waited over 5 min in drive-thru for meal. What I ordered, what Ipaid for and what I received was ALL different. Fortunately i checked my bag before leaving parking lot. I attempted to enterthru dining room it was locked. Went back through drive-thru to let them know I was incorrectly charged and food was wrong. Hadto wait another 10+ minutes. I was super calm and patient even though I was starving and tired. I offered to park and wait whilethey remade my food so they could serve those behind me. Fast forward another 30 minutes later, the shift lead comes out andsays her manager said I could pay for my new meal and wait for her to come in order to get my refund from the 1st meal?!?!?! Iasked if I could just leave my cell # and have her call me when she gets there. 45 minutes in total. No food. No refund. Thiswas yesterday. 7/7/22. I give this a 1 star cause every single time I go to here with my family something is always wrong the orders or like misplaced... stuff and the outside looks horrible it smells disgusting and they don?t even have workers that don?t even speak English rightand my mother had to repeat her self like 3 thru 4 times and I?m just still surprised that the jack n the box still here we wereall hungry and the wait service took to long it?s just annoying I don?t recommend u going to this fast food restaurant ???? Hours for open to close are 24 hours on Thursdays and Fridays. There were people inside working but I waited almost 10 minutes... in the drive-through for a response. I understand that employment is not the best right now, but if you cannot keep up with asingle person in the drive-through, then just close the location at midnight like all of the other days of the week. I'm really liking that tater tot and chicken sandwich in the Munchie meal. I added a little barbecue sauce to it made it just... right. Had a really awesome double Jack, one of the best burgers I've ever had. It was just done right. And you can never gowrong with tacos if anything else is back you can always fall back on the tacos to make the world go round. Great service,friendly people Read more
