This location adds a credit card fee to all orders, but doesn\'t accept anything but credit card payments. Just raise your... prices so it doesn\'t feel like you\'re stealing an extra 35 cents from me. I also didn\'t see any signage disclosing the fee,only on my receipt.\nMilk tea was average at best. to whoever owns this ding tea in kent, you have to manage your staff properly. i love ding tea. it\'s my number 1 milk tea. but... the one in kent is the worst. i came in today with my grandma and order thai milk tea with less ice and boba. the lady who tookmy order even asked me if i wanted gold or black. i told her black. when we got our order, we went back to our car. my husbandtold me his thai tea has no boba. i told him to go inside and have it changed. after few minutes, my husband came back. he toldme \"you didnt tell them to add boba. they charged me\" he told me it was the asian lady who told him that. It is so frustratingbec it was not even the asian lady who took my order. it was a black lady. they didnt even care. that is sooo rude. the asianlady was insisting i didnt mention it but she was not even the person who took my order. she was busy doing the order drinkswhen i was there. we were charged double. Love Ding Tea at multiple locations. At Kent, workers are nice. It does take a long time to get the drinks... because theres... only ever 1 person working. I was 2nd in line ordered 4 drinks to go and was sitting around for 20+ minutes. The music is alsosuper loud so it\'s hard to hear the cashiers. price for slush with 1 topping 8$. pricey but I\'m addicted. Many differentoptions. This boba tea isn?t ?my thing? and my 10 year old was determined to get some. I don?t like anything that floats in my drink... including those bubble things (lychee) that you can add to ur drinks. I was totally confused on why anyone would add thesecolored bubbles to a beverage that look similar to the bubbles in scented home fragrances, but apparently, they make drinkingthis stuff fun.
