We always go here with kids, they were so excited to get cotton candy. This time the employee LUKE said he follows ?procedure?... and they can?t put two flavors together in the big half gallon bucket for us - so we had to get one - he didn?t even know whathe was talking about himself - just didn?t want to help -did not offer other options and mocked me and was being rude to mealong with other employees there?. They are very busy today with lines out the door. There was a parade in Kent so I can imagine it?s crazy all day. The two girls... behind the counter were so busy, working this non-stop line of customers, pleasant and courteous despite not even catching theirbreath. Five stars for these two hard workers. The ice cream flavors we got are strawberry blonde and coffee lovers only. The coffee flavor I did not like at all, but that's... only because I don't like coffee in general haha. The strawberry blonde was pretty good. The menu description for it wasstrawberry ice cream with graham cracker pie crust, strawberries, carmel and whipped topping. The strawberry ice cream was good,but the actual strawberries didn't taste good and there was a scarce amount of it. Also there wasn't really any whipped topping?I got sick of it after a bit so I definitely recommend sharing this ice cream with someone, the strawberry blonde is very sweet. Read more
Came in and my gf was harrased about her service dog the large man seemed very aggressive about it and then stormed off without... a word before coming back and then giving us sub par service. He was visibly upset that he wasn't able to bully us out of thestore. Read more
Came in for some ice cream because of the heat and the white male large employee, forgot his name, had the audacity to argue... with me about my service dog being one. My dog wasn?t even doing anything he asked what service it provided and I said medicaland he said that ESAs weren?t allowed (he was wearing a service dog vest) in which I told him that he was a service dog. Weended up going back and forth until he gave up and then when I asked for mint chocolate chip I was given just mint and a fewchips in it. Definitely not coming back, subzero was ten times better. Was in this afternoon to get two orders, never been in before but my partner had and they wanted a specific flavor. The man... helping me with my order was rude and honestly treated me like I had never made an order of ice cream before. It took severalattempts for me asking after the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor (the one my partner asked for) for the guy to actually tell meit was a flavor I could get. I?m sure the rest of the staff is wonderful and ice cream was great, just don?t go in on a Tuesdayafternoon. Read more
It?s a little unfortunate that I?m writing this review right after getting our ice cream, but here we are. Location is... convenient because we were going to the AMC next door. We were looking at the choices before asking for help, the girl lookedbored or upset we were there. Her attitude making our order, the Oreo Overload, and how she just barely slid it to us over thepass was extremely rude. We were the only customers there and we weren?t asking for anything excessive. I would not be comingback to this location if this is how they approach customers. Read more
