Horrible service today specifically this shift, I practically eat here every night and tonight was the worst service ever. I had... 4 fingerprints on my burger literally in the bun itself fingerprints, and forgot my onion rings on my burger. My wife?s whopperlooked even worse. I love this place but today was unacceptable. I should have took pictures of the burgers. I was so mad Ichucked it out my car window. Read more

It used to be a great place for take out now with new workers they don?t listen for my order yesterday they add extra drink and... tonight I said No cheese ???? still they add cheese I had to trash the sandwich. I hope they listen to our orders. Read more

Worst customer service. I went there to order the family bundle and the lady taking my order wasn?t fluent in English. I... repeated my order over 6 times ?one order of the family bundle and the code is 7054.? After repeating my order the 4th time, Iwant to backup my car and leave but there was already a line of cars behind me. So I had to move forward, my order was $18.71and I give the cashier a $20, she was hoping that I?ll leave her a tip. No, not for that kind of customer service and I checkedmy order 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries with 3 packets of ketchup. When she give me my change back, I don?t know ifshe accidentally or purposely drop my change on the ground. I got out of my car to pick up my change and another Burger Kingemployee yelled at me, ?You can get out of your car like that. Hurry up and move your car. You?re holding up the line.? I toldher, ?She dropped my money on the ground.? I pick up the $1 bill on the ground to show her and I said to her, ?I need moreketchup packets.? She said, ?I already put it in your order.? I told her, ? 3 packets of ketchup isn?t enough and I need more.?She grabbed a handful and tossed it into a bag and handed to me with a frown on her face. I said, ?Thank you? and drove off. I am quite appalled by this place. The lobby was supposed to be open. I placed an order pickup using the app. The sign on the BK... and the BK app both say that the lobby is supposed to be open until 9pm. However I came to find the lobby doors locked and an 8car line from the order comms. The time was 7:50pm when I arrived. If you're not going to have the lobby hours open until thetime specified.... CHANGE THE SPECIFIED hours. I would not have ordered from this place if I knew the lobby was going to beclosed. The professionalism of this place is horrible. The guy on the comms had loud music going on in the background so it wasdifficult to understand him. I'm surprised he was able to make out what I was saying. When I got to the window for pickup. (25minutes after I got there), the music was so loud that the guy was was a mere 2 feet from my face had to yell in order for me tohear him. Read more

This burger king sucks. Their dine in is always closed. Their excuse is pandemic, but the reality is they are lazy. On their... drive through, I was there before and their food is not fresh. They also gave me a water when I asked for coke. They mixed upmy order once with another customer. Absolutely horrendous. Read more

When I arrived at seven. They tell me to pull forward. I get to the window the female working the drive thru tries to charge me... thirty five dollars when I haven?t ordered she gets an attitude when I explain what happened then Charges me for a big king andserves me a king jr. when I call to complain the phone rings endlessly. The management is obviously worthless. No wonder theseadults work fast food at their age. Easiest job in America and they can?t even get a order correct or have perfessional service.Pathetic beyond belief. Read more
