This is my 3rd and last visit here. They've gotten my order wrong all 3 times. This time around I got some dry, rubbery, cold... monz sticks (which I did order) and instead of a chicken sandwich, got some kind of roast beef sandwich, also cold with a semistale bun and cold yellow goo that I'm guessing is supposed to pass as cheese on it... there was too much of a line and slowservice to bother bringing it back. This place has gone downhill fast since it's grand opening. The employee's could care less about what they are serving as food.... They were out of several items on the menu. There was more sauce on the packaging and wrappers than there was in the actualsandwiches. The only item that was fresh were the crinkle fries. Every other item was warm at best. They should be reported tothe health department based on other reviews on here. We will not be back to this location. Read more

I?ve been here three times now for door dash. Each time I always go to the pick up area first and wait at least 5-10 minutes.... The time I?m waiting the workers walk past me and never offer assistance. I always have to wave someone down or go to the frontregister and ask someone for help. The first time was busy and took 30 minutes to get the order. The other two times weren?tbusy and had my order waiting the whole time but they were too busy ignoring me at the pickup area to notice. I waited over 15 minutes with nobody inside the lobby and nobody in front of me in the Drive-Thru. All I ordered was in medium... curly fry. Turns out it was a small. It also was just bits and pieces not one curl. The staff didn't seem to care at all thatthey gave me the wrong order and I had to wait that long. Seemingly short staffed. Going into the establishment we were not acknowledged/greeted and did not have our order taken for... upwards of 8 minutes. When our food was ready, our number wasn't called/we weren't made aware so it sat on the counter for awhile. I also wish they would have included sauce with our mozzarella sticks but maybe we had to ask for it (normally I gothrough the Arby's drive thru so I don't know if their practices are different). The food we got was good and I appreciate thestaff for working, but I'm not sure if I would go back to this location unless I was going through the drive thru, it seems likethose orders are heavily prioritized over indoor orders.
