First timer. Staff helped me get vegan sorbet in my smoothie. Can't wait to go back
If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. I bit into a avocado chicken wrap, and felt something g hard. Spat it into my... hand to see what it was, turned out to be a punk acrylic nail! I?m beyond grossed out! I had my whole family toss all uneatenportions of the remaining food , I went to the bathroom to gag and wash my mouth out only to find it reaked of urine. Just dealt with a rude worker who?s obviously lazy would take my cash after 8:30 and I even said she didn?t have to give me... change but she still refused me an attitude. Smfh and I come here every sometimes twice a day. She needs to work in a factory ora scrap yard. Read more

The posted time for closing for this establishment is 9 pm but I promise I?ve been here a few times. 8:19 pm, 8:39 pm and 8:41... pm in the evening and was ignored at the drive through the first 2 times, and the 3rd time the door was locked; no they weren?tbusy. It was empty. One time the lady told me I couldn?t order because they were cleaning. This was 8:39 pm time. Where I comefrom, you offer service until the last minute of the posted time. One thing I can?t respect, is a business that hires employeesthat doesn't respect the hours of operation. Pulp has yet to comment or offer an apology for this and that?s okay. The one timeI came with a friend, their smoothie was spilling out of the top, it was like a child made the smoothie and she ended upthrowing it away because it was clear the employees were adult children poorly trained. I wish I had something nicer to say butI don?t. This is just bad business but I hope your experience is better. However, I don't recommend. You're better off going totropical smoothie. Read more
Acai blended bowl with cacao nibs, coconut and banana. Bowl is delicious, fruit puree in bottom is very mild flavor, not fruity... like I initially thought, but I really enjoyed it. Other toppings sounded good too(peanut butter, granola, blueberries). Alsogot the spicy turkey wrap- smallish size but great flavor. We always get a Pulp Swirl and a Mango Tango. The smoothies and wraps are really good. Usually the service is good as well, but my most recent visit was not a good... experience. There was nobody in the store last night, but it took several minutes to get someone to help us. After we placed ourorder it took over 10 minutes to make 1 smoothie and I had to ask if she was done. Was the first time my daughter and I ordered from here, placed an order online, went to pick it up and walked in, it was not... busy at all, not ONE employee acknowledged we were there. Didn?t say ?hi,?or ?we will be with you in a minute,? or ?how can Ihelp you??. My daughter and I stood there for a few minutes before I had to say I was here to pick up my order that said wasready, which was ONE large smoothie(if I didn?t say anything, who knows how long we would of been standing there). They gave memy smoothie (no straw) and I at least got a ?have a good day? response. Smoothie was amazing, but lack of customer service.Definitely won?t be coming back to this location.
