The girls that work here are literally so ignorant I?m not sure why they work at Dunkin if they can?t stand people. I come in... every single day and get the same order occasionally adding an extra coffee or food for a friend, I have never in my life heardlittle girls huff and puff the way that these ones do when they have to make a medium iced coffee. I have been screamed at overthe window and left waiting for over 30 minutes. These college kids need some serious help and need to get basic human decency.They don?t even let you finish a sentence before interrupting you with ?anything else? between every breath I take. I stopped in this morning for donuts. I heard the staff talking but I was left standing at the counter for several minutes... without being acknowledged. I was the only person in the lobby. As I stood wondering if they would ever acknowledge me, I becamemore disappointed with the selection they had to offer. The same few donuts they always have. I had other errands to run, so Idecided to leave and try Stow. Once I got to Stow, I decided to try a local donut shop in the plaza instead. Great choice! Thisis not my first bad service experience at kent Dunkin?. Today I realized that their donuts leave a lot to be desired and I canget much better donuts elsewhere! Read more
Sad. This place used to be good. Recently however, it took a turn for the worse: the last two times I have been there I ordered... with mobile order and the food came out half frozen. I had to go back and they refused to remake the order right. Really? So Iwent to a different dunkin and they offered to make it right. I won't be returning to this dunkin for a while. Update in 2022:Went from bad to worse, and two stars to one star. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Decided to try this place just for acoffee. Website says "open until 9pm" so I went there at 8:05pm and doors are locked. I wonder what is going on. Turns out theyclosed at 8pm and did not update their hours. And I went out of my way to get a coffee from their place. Really not happycustomer and will not be returning for a long while. At least there are other coffee options in Kent area. Read more
Coffee taste like raw sewage, two days in a row I have ordered a small frozen coffee and it taste like they haven?t cleaned... their coffee pots or made a fresh pot of coffee in weeks. The morning drive thru staff is slow, and rude. They never givenapkins unless asked and today placed our receipt right on top of the frosting of our donut. Read more
The last time I ordered from this location I was given the wrong drink but the manager was very quick to correct the issue and... very kind about doing so! Read more

Never been so disappointed. The cashier gave us attitude and I asked for Turkey Sausage on a sandwich because I cannot have... anything pork. And we ended up with loads of bacon on the sandwich. Then my girlfriend asked for egg and cheese sandwich andgot no cheese. I already took off not knowing that would be the case. Read more
