Worst location Never cleaned usually missing something and very slow. When trying to speak to speak with a manager, impossible.... Just go to McDonald's down the road, way better and they have a play place for my kids. Read more
Not sure howbthe food was. Never got around to it becuse it took quite a while in the drive thru. I was contemplating leaving... and right when I was LeAnn Ng towards staying in line,the car second in line pulled out. So I left also and good thing I did. My fav Wendy's is on 75th and 39th in Kenosha. It has the nicest staff, especially Ebony. She is s ray of sunshine. Always... smiling and friendly. I look forward to getting my breakfast there. The biscuits and gravy are fantastic. Better than Hardee's. Read more
Just another IDC generation here in Kenosha. Several times given this business here chances. Didn?t get a refund for things... that I ordered. Constantly does this on door dash too. Rude employees? Not my fault you choose to take the shift you have. Atthis point I?ll be extreme on the rate. Never getting my business. Read more
I just experienced the worst with them today. My boyfriend and I went thru the drive area, and the girl working at the window... was completely unprofessional. We tell her we want two separate payment types. 16. On a card then the rest in cash. She says tous, she has to do cash first then card. She closes the window you see her laughing and goofing around. She opens the window backup to tell us she charged the full amount to the card. To my disappointment, I tell her to do a refund and to do it correctly.She laughs and says she's unable to do that. So I said I'd like to speak to a manager. She closes the window once more. Hands usthe food and to conclude with a good evening. So I said, no manager?! I was there in a professional capacity how is door dashing but the restaurant looks nice on the inside the dining room is open.... But that team is very understaffed for obvious reasons so it is a little slow I had to wait about 20 minutes for my doordashorder be completed and there's plenty of people waiting around inside because they're taking a while to get their food completedat the same time deal with all the cars in the Drive-Thru so it is understaffed by quite a bit so that's what's really slowingthem down a lot Read more
The food is fine but the drive thru is always sooooo slow. And they always forget something... today it was a straw. Last time... fries, another time sauces for nuggets. Get it together kids. Y'all got this but you have to care about your customers. Work alittle faster and double check bags before handing them out. Read more
Haven?t been to Wendy?s in a while , so ordered something new and two items I used to order. Wendy?s on 52nd Street and Pershing... Blvd was very nice inside and staff was friendly. I noticed right away! Jessie waited on me and Jose helped when I paid. Crew inback seemed cheerful and atmosphere felt uplifting! Food was really good! Both Italian chicken and junior bacon cheeseburgerwere well presented?all ingredients looked fresh and individually on sandwich, not all mushed together! The cheeses well placed, meat and bacon was cooked right and also well placed on the buns! Baked potato was good, too?didn?t look old, brown orshriveled and skin was crisp!
