absolutely terrible, i waited 30 minutes just be handed cold food. then had to remind them about my drink and what it was. this... one worker, she kept walking in and out from the back on her phone and yelling. never going back. Read more
My order is always wrong. And it's a waste of money having to return for the correct order (which I did the time before last... ONLY because there wasn't enough food to feed all of us). Asked for a party pack today with 6 regular hard and 6 regular soft.Got 6 hard with only cheese and 6 dorito locos with only cheese. When did they stop putting lettuce on tacos? Unless we eatinside, the food is always wrong at the window. I very much wish there was better Taco Bell near me and this wasn't the onlyoption to go to. Read more
For some reason Google didn't recognize that I went here. It's glitchy sometimes. So I've been to many Taco Bell locations and... getting your order correct can be tricky, especially for a vegan. I ordered a few items and they were freshly made and doneproperly. Great job crew, I will be back again. Read more
Usually whatever you order is fine but I would recommend not getting any type of quesadilla from this location. The cheese in it... was not even melted both times I got it. However everything else was pretty standard, so for that reason I gave it 3 stars. Read more
Alexander is the rudest mgr and individual in drive thru. I have a toddler and don't know how the dining room is cleaned to hear... the rude comments from him. The driver says the order and has to confirm with the ones paying in back as we have no need to goinside due to drive thru time mandatory under a certain time. Ice coffee had zero sign on it to not be served plus his sarcasmrude comments and whole staff not serving hot food?! This was so unnecessary and we did call it in and customer satisfaction wasvery poor as we live less than 2 minute's away from restaurant for ice cold food. We didn't go in because they are veryargumentive and debating as normally I don't call in to get a answer for a resolution. We talked to mgr and they didn't give acare to help improve their own service nor care about the upset customer paying 20 bucks hence why I called corporate as I don'tlove nor enjoying that at all but customers shouldnt have to be punished for poor management.
