Vegies are fresh as always. Employees are polite bc I asked for extra and got it.
I'll try back, eventually. Ordered online for pickup. Went to drive-thru 20 minutes later and there was nobody behind the... counter, just an employee with his face down on his phone completely oblivious. He got up and I thought he might notice me, buthe just closed the fresh cover on the ingredients and went back to the table to bury his face in his arm and phone. So I pulledaround to the front and found the other employee sitting and having a smoke. And... it turns out they got my order and gotdistracted by customers and completely forgot it. They're making my sandwiches right now, after the older employee got MrPhone's attention and to their credit he did apologize and he's moving quickly and professionally. Humans err and I'm not upsetabout that... but both going on break one the one in store being completely oblivious is about what I would expect from Popeyesemployees... not subway. My mother went to order subway and she told me their was only one person doing there job and the other 2 were just messing... around, 1 didn't even have their uniform. And none of them wore hats, so I hope there's no hair in our food. Overall terriblecustomer service. Read more
Service here makes me feel unwanted, sandwiches taste worst her in comparison to others around the area.
I like the drive thru option it's a touch screen and it's super easy and there open till 10pm some nights. Also people that work... there seem to put in that work. Read more
Charged me over 10 dollars for a sub with extra cheese. That?s criminal. I can go anywhere else in Kenosha and pay around 8.50... for the same sandwich. I would have left for another location and have them toss it if I wasn?t in a rush. That?s crazy. Read more
