I have mixed feelings. On one hand, the food is always sooo good. But the whole building is kind of confusing. So many different... menus and places to sit, it's kind of overwhelming. The place is trying to be too many different things. For instance, we weregiven menus downstairs, asked if we could sit upstairs, but then no one came upstaris to serve us. After a little while we wentback downstairs and they said they weren't serving upstairs. We tried to order downstairs but they had given us upstairs menus,so what we had wanted off those menus didn't even matter. HOWEVER, if you are just going to sit at the bar or pick up somedonuts, its great. I highly recommend the Drunken Pig Biscuits. Read more
Service not great. Our server didn't enter the order in properly and didn't question the time it took for 40 minutes. Then they... entered it correctly, but we had to wait another 20 minutes to get the food. We were each given a free donut as compensation. Noone should eat a donut and a meal. The signature dish of chicken and donut is really weak, it had two of the smallest chickenlegs I've ever seen. I have to say some of their best foods are the least hyped up. I love their breakfast sandwiches, lunch foods, and boozy... coffees, and they have a decent craft beer selection. But all anyone wants to talk about is crazy donuts (which are actuallyfairly plain with crazy toppings), or donut pizza (which you should not eat no matter how much you hate your pancreas), or thewall of whiskey ($100 Jameson? I'll buy 2 and drink at home). They have good food and good service and it is very unique butit's a lot of hyped up stuff with high prices to boot. Everything there it seems is more geared towards being Instagramable thanedible. Also if you bring your kids, make sure they use the bathroom in the front by the donuts and not in the back, they aregeared for adults. Read more
In from out of town and people suggested the place. Sat down for 10 minutes at an empty bar with bartenders, waiters, and... cashier not once asking if I would like to order food or drink. Open air bar but at 90+ degree weather even Floridians don't gowithout AC at those temps. Read more
Excellent service and very good food. Nice atmosphere for drinks with family and friends
