Did the curbside pickup, messed up my drink order and The worker that brought out my food could have had more customer service.... . I get it you're working at McDonald's. Maybe not your career path of choice but you're also working with the public. So maybesmile and say you're welcome or thank you, I was very kind when I told her that my drink order was incorrect. I don't think shespoke two words. I don't expect them to be cheerleaders and all chipper and happy. But Jesus, you work with people in thepublic. These guys work hard they have bad eggs in the building that give attitude to customers at the second window sometimes but its... mainly a mean lil 17 or 18 year old who thinks she's better than everyone else and honey that is far from the case Read more

The only complaint I have with this location is that the fries are always bad? Even when they were just cooked, they sort of... feel empty? They aren't like this at the other McDonald's I've been to, and it wasn't always like this at this location. I feellike maybe this location's cook is letting them go too long? Or maybe it's a different oil? Everything else is great. Service isalways good. Other foods are fine. Just the fries aren't great. Read more

Went here McDonalds on 8056 Sheridan Road Kenosha Wisconsin on the morning of 10.6.22. Stood in line several minutes with no... acknowledgement at all. Patiently and quietly waited, and waited, and waited. A customer of a different complexion came inafterwards, and was waited on immediately and served his coffee before I had to request service for hot water. When I politelycomplained, I was rudely told that I was 'technically' not a customer since I was not charged for the water. In a vain,fruitless effort to justify their preferential behavior, I was rudely dismissed and told I was just angry. I paid a $1 for thehot water which the Manager loathed to accept. Discrimination and prejudicial attitudes and behavior are NEVER acceptable. WhileI wait for the Branch General Manager 'Stephanie' to call me back, I recommend cultural respect training for the on-dutymanagers that unjustifiably mistreated and sidelined-backseated me. I also recommend that they serve customers in the order thatthey come in and place their order rather than the light or dark tone of their skin complexion. Do better Now. Read more

I ordered a caramel macchiato and a few other things they were very respectful at the window and while taking my order super... energetic for it being morning love that. Went to the window to get my macchiato and it looked like it was mostly milk and Iasked if it could be remade felt terrible for that but I have to have coffee you know what I mean lol so the gentleman Darrellsaid he would remake it for me he was really nice and I definitely think he goes above and beyond what he supposed to do. Everything was perfect. A change I gladly accept. Not much of a line, ordering was easy, employees cheerful, food correct,... stayed hot until we got home. So no complaints. Read more

Thid is the worst location in kenosha. Was missing an order. Missing the sausage on the sandwich for a different order. Every... time the order is either missing something, wrong, or cold. We just left the drive through and was told we couldn't get oursandwich because they aren't serving breakfast. Asked for a refund said they couldn't. Told us we can only get lunch. When I gotupset she told me to not ever come back. I will do as she says. Why should I go to a location that doesn't care about thiercustomers. Read more
