Can go to a nice sit down restaurant and be done before a sandwich can be delivered. They're using the "short staffed" script... for over a year. I'm 2 miles from the store. It took over 1 hour to be delivered (the point from when the app said out fordelivery until physically delivered). Jersey Mike's or Cousin's would have been the better route. Have been a loyal customer for several years. But lately their consistency has been awful. I've had orders where items were... forgotten or missing. Orders that take HOURS to be delivered. Today was the last straw. Waited over an hour for my order andthe order tracker finally said it was delivered. But it wasn't. Looked all over, at multiple building entrances and nothing. Called the store and the gentleman I spoke with said his driver delivered it and there was nothing he could do. So done withthis place. Read more

I ordered a sandwich for my daughter on 10/10 for delivery. When my daughter opened the sandwich, there was a hair in it. She... immediately called Jimmy John?s and they stated that a refund would go onto my card. After a week of waiting, I never received arefund. I then called and spoke to a manager named Justin who stated that the refund had not been processed, so he wouldpersonally take care of it. Again, I received no refund after a week. I again called and spoke to a worker who stated that thedistrict manager Felicity was going to take care of it. Well that never happened, so I called a corporate number who took mycomplaint and forwarded it onto the franchise owner of that store. A few days later I get an email back from a Melissa Waddle,who owns the location. This was an after a month of being blown off from various people. She was apologetic and offered me asandwich credit. I replied back and thanked her for the offer. However after finding a hair in a sandwich, I would neverpurchase anything from there again. I informed her of that in my email and instead asked for a refund. I have yet to hear fromher. Horrible management and ownership. I guess they just don?t care about their customers, pretty sad.
