Food is average, but the have gluten free pancakes. There seems to be staffing issues and every time we are there the waiter or... waitress is the only person there. We've even been turned away because a cook didn't show up. They should pay their employeesmore to retain them and have some consistency. Read more
They claim to be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but every time I go, they say they don't have the chef. I went there... six times in the last three months, throught the day and once at 12 a.m. Never got any food. They always tell me that they areshort-staffed and do not have a chef. So why keep it open? People come and waste their gas, time, and energy in order for themto send us away with reasons. It is preferable to close the establishment than to keep it open without staff. Fast and friendly service. My kids said it was the best breakfast they ever had. Choc choc pancakes and Belgian waffles were a... hit. Protein pancakes with blueberries were fantastic and didn?t even need syrup. Read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! My father is a truck driver, he works in kenosha. Every morning he brings food home after getting... off work at around 6 am. Out of the times he brought I-hop home, there was never a good experience. This is the last time wewill be ordering from them. I normally get pancakes and bacon from any breakfast spot I go to , and my dad gets an omelette. Mybacon is always undercooked, full of fat, and rubbery. His omelette is always bland and flabby-like. Ive included a picture ofmy bacon for reference, it is ridiculous to serve customers undercooked food and should be a health concern. Once again, saveyour money, do not order anything from here. Ordered through curbside pick up. No one ever brought the food out and the phone number they place on the curbside pickup sign... leads to an automated message. I pressed the option to speak with a manager, and after the phone rang a few times, the call hungup. Do order here!! Forget bad food. You won't get any food at all. Read more
Even when you expect nothing, apparently you can still be let down. My omelette was flabby and bland, the coffee was watered... down, the service was slow and unresponsive. Things were forgotten from our order. I had a side of sausage that came at the endof my meal which was cold that I had to ask to be removed from our check. Sometimes I want to believe that people are doingtheir best, this did not feel like there was much effort involved one way or another. Very long wait for our food. Almost 50 minutes after ordering. My ham & cheese omelet was oversalted, brown and dry. The cheese... was on top of the omelet, barely melted and my toast was dry. My daughter did not get the correct pancakes and another order ofpancakes were hard and too brown. I'm going to assume they were having kitchen problems because we have eaten here many timeswith no issues. We will return and hope things will be better. Read more
