Loved our food at Fireside. Big place with homey, authentic steakhouse ambience. The staff was really attentive and friendly and... the food was delicious; prices were pleasantly fair too. We'll definitely be coming back! Read more

I only walked in and just got the most rudest welcome. Nobody Greeted me and than once someone said something to me they asked... if I would be dinning in. Didn't say hello or anything. Absolutely rude. I can't help to think it's because I'm not a whitewomen because I was looked at up and down and as I said Hello, how are you she completely disregarded my greeting and continuedto ask if I need a menu or wanted to sit at the bar. We placed an online order and I drove over to pick it up. From the outside the restaurant looked closed, but I spotted someone... ducking inside so went inside. There was no one to greet me at the service counter and the employees I could see ignored me. Ifinally went over to the bar area and eventually found someone to help me, albeit slowly and rudely. At that point I justwanted our food, so got my (prepaid) order and left. As it turned out, we were short about a third of our food, another item wascompletely wrong, and the pizza ended up bland and unappealing. Ironic since it turned out to be the best item out of ourorder. We will not be making the mistake of ordering from here again. Read more
