I enjoy the food here and the customer service. The hamburger patties are tasty and well cooked. The fries are always hot and... fresh. The workers are nice to me which makes my experience there great everytime. Read more

I literally love cluvers but there has been to many mistakes eating here, messed up my orders. But I?m making this review for... parents and children to be aware?. Usually I like culver's but I've consistently had ordering issues here. I feel like the staff don't care quite as much here as... at other locations. If I could give this 0 stars I would. . Do not give the place your money. They can?t handle rushes at all. The last 4 times I... came I waited for ice cream for at least 15 minutes?Ice cream. One time I waited for almost half an hour, I went inside toinquire to find out that they forgot about me. Just now I waited 35 minutes for ice cream AGAIN. I pulled around and told themanager Kayla I was frustrated and asked why this always happens at this location. and her reply was ? you don?t have to come tohere if we take to long ? unbelievable. feel incredibly offended . A few weeks ago we waited 20+ minutes in store for order. Last week a young man took my order (just a kids meal) and rang me up... for a kids meal and a four piece chicken tender meal. Don?t know how that confusion occurred. Food is good and the restaurant isclean. Just needs better staff management and organization. Read more
