Unfortunately lobby's closed at 10:00. I deliver food it's a little bit more convenient to go into the lobby. But then I go to... the drive-thru and wait 2 minutes and have to honk my horn to get somebody to acknowledge me. I'm picking up an order thatshould already be prepared and have to wait 10 minutes for it to get finished. Read more
This is a new(er) location so i had hoped it would be better than other Burger King locations. As i stood at the front counter... i noticed there was litter debris on the floor. Then the clerk seemed a bit distracted when taking my order. After we placedour order we moved to the side to wait for it to be prepared. Then I was able to see more of the kitchen work area. It was adisaster... the garbage can by the hand washing sink was overflowing.. trash on the floor. There was an order of chicken frieslaying on the floor. More paper trash was scattered about the kitchen floor. Saw an employee pull at the cardboard frydispenser to fill an order and about 6 extra empty containers fell out too.. no effort was made to clean it up.. Then when ourorder was almost ready to go (i did wonder if it would be correct) i re-checked it...and it was indeed wrong.. missing sandwichwhich we had to explain by re-telling numerous times what was missing... Then when we got home we found the restaurant hadstill gotten the order wrong. Was supposed to be a 2/$6 deal... the rodeo burger with no tomato and extra onion/pickles andfries and a double cheeseburger . only got 2 of the same cheeseburgers.. with everything on it.. Needless to say I'll not goback to this location again.. it looked like it only had 3 staff in the whole place.. A man actually had to come inside fromthe drive up to get his correct order..and the staff had to walk his new order out. I know how restaurants are having a hardtime keeping staff and places running but this place was gross... really disgusting... Read more
Waited almost 10 minutes for old fries and no condiments... At least they were nice enough to barely give me any. ???? I'm... going to go to McDonald's to get some fries. This burger king is hugely disappointing. Read more
Probably the best Burger King I?ve ever been to. Employees are fast and polite. Food is assembled well and fast.
If there was an option to give zero ?? I would have chosen it. The employees that worked on 8/25/2021 in the afternoon at this... restaurant are immature, lazy, careless, and disrespectful! This is the worst food I?ve had all year and I?m beyond disgustedwith what I ended up with after leaving the drive-thru in my bag! I will NEVER eat here again! I will advise everyone I know,and anyone that reads this to steer clear of this Burger King. Can?t even rank which this visit was worse for?. Food orservice?. Got skipped in the drive thru twice, then they screwed up my order had to go through the drive thru a second time and wait, and... they still got it wrong. When I called to complain she told me I said something I wouldn't even eat? Why would I tell yousomething I wouldn't even eat? So they refused to give me a credit.
