Went to this store ordered 2 sandwiches both came with dried out buns and cold meat worst bk I've ever been to won't be back
Been to this location way too many times and never can get a order they weren't taking orders once again this evening 5pm on a... Friday. Just close all the Burger kings as not one in Kenosha WI is ever open or taking orders .What is going on with them? Read more
Its been bad for over 5 years. Surprised still that it hasnt closed. How its still operating is a surprise. Now you can get... painted fake nails in your burger. Music always going on and know onw working. Sorry, move up we will serve you. Maybe finishingsong or nail polish. Why people wait. Close down please. Read more
The only resturant i have ever been to that ignores customers. Two ladies were at the desk one didnt ask if we wanted to order... and the one that was helping someone and didnt say hey im sorry for the wait. Read more
if i could give 0 stars i would. past 3 times i?ve gone i?ve had very bad experience with the staff. they don?t say a single... word once i get to the window and they practically threw my card and food at me. i was also missing part of my order but shecontinued to ignore me as i beeped to get her attention to let her know. don?t think i will return to this location, need newstaff!! I ordered, and I quote, 2 "veggie burgers." Received 4 buns with lettuce, mayo, onions, and pickles. Nothing else. No patty of... any kind. I went back (I had gone all the way home before I discovered, this, of course), received no apology whatsoever, andwas in fact told *I* was wrong because I didn't order the Impossible Whopper specifically. Luckily, they did understand themiscommunication and did end up giving me replacements. Another thing is that I ordered 2 large fries, yet received theequivalence of 1, if that. The boxes were hardly filled at ALL. Guess how much I spent? $14.60ish!! For two burgers and two"large" fries. Give me a break. Read more
Put in order for simple breakfast 15 minutes ago, still waiting. Two other cars behind us ordered and got their food in the time... we have been sitting here. This location is the literal worst. And now it's been 20 minutes. Good grief. Read more
