We stopped in the Kennewick, WA location before heading on our long drive back to Idaho. Little did I realize it was almost... closing time, which can sometimes make the eating experience less than, but not this time! They welcomed us with a smile, whichagain can be rare at closing, and was happy and attentive the whole time. The omelette I had was the best I have had in a longtime. I can’t say enough positive things about OPH. Every single time I come here, they’re absolutely slammed with customers and... their staff is working their butts off. They always, and I mean ALWAYS, have the best attitudes and are more than attentive.This trip, Bobbie (manager) helped us, and my gosh, she’s sweet and went the extra mile to make our experience the best. Thefood is always delicious and this time, I requested cinnamon be added to my pancakes. Not only did they do what I ask, but theyadded sugar & cinnamon on top, as well. They were DIVINE! Big size portions, coffee cup is very big. It was a Saturday morning and no wait line, was seated right away. Food tasted great... and super fresh,French Toast are thick and the biscuits and gravy are super good. Everything tasted delicious. This was our families first time here. We had to wait for about 10 minutes to get in. Being a holiday that was expected. We... ordered our food and got our food in a little bit of a wait of 20 minutes. I order a sausage and pepper jack omelette. It wasvery good. It came with 3 pancakes that tasted like heaven. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Itmake for a wonderful first impression. I give it $$$ for the prices. Great place to eat with your family. Still a great place toeat!! I'm giving five stars for the amazing customer service and the delicious food. This is probably the best pancake house I've been... to and would definitely recommend it. Expect to pay $20 for a meal but it's definitely well spent. The apple pancakes were bomb!Compliments to the chef. Read more
The food was alright. Way smaller portions than one would expect from a breakfast joint. Much higher priced too. You could tell... that the quality of ingredients and handling of the food was more elevated than most places though so if you are after a tinybit more quality over a lot less quantity this place fits the bill. But it's only a liiiittle bit more quality for the higherprice and less portion which wasn't good enough for me to come back. Also if you are a sweet tooth then this might be a greatplace but there are very little options for someone wanting a savory breakfast, and forget it if you are vegetarian or vegan. Myhusband decided to go ahead and get the Irish burrito and have some beef, even though we are generally vegetarian, but the greensauce they put on it had big lumps of pork meat in it. Yikes!! It's nowhere on the menu that it's like that either, and even thewaitress was surprised. We are allergic to pork so bad to have the meal replaced. They did their best to make it right thoughwith a 20% off for that meal which was nice. Overall, the place was a little underwhelming though. If the portions were abouttwice the size and they had a few vegan options then we'd make this a regular place because it was tasty, but $17 for threesmall pancakes is crazy. Read more
