I must say, this specific Taco Bell is pretty on point. Ate in, food was made quick and order accurate, quality of each item was... above expectations. Tacos were properly loaded, shells not wet or stale, burritos made with proper ingredient distribution. Beenquite a while since I've seen this performance or quality in a Taco Bell anywhere, and as an airline pilot, I've seen a few TacoBell's. Read more
We call about our bad experiences , burritos tasted terrible and finally they pick up on the 3rd call . But my issue was that... Karla the manager had the audacity to tell me that we only call once , when we call total of 3 times , besides calling the otherTaco Bell?s to see if they had a different number for them on Plaza Way , instead of apologizing, she comes on the attack modeNo Respect at all , don?t even care of listening to my concern or complain and it became a problem when she brings it up aboutthat I had only call once laughing like it was funny , and my wife mention that it was 3 times this time , because we hadanother scenario before ( they forgot and item ) and we couldn?t get of hold of anybody that time ! Lady was visibly upset for me waiting to order. It was 108 degrees & i was paitently waiting for my disabled father to say what... he wanted to order. We live an hour away. We asked for no sour cream on all of our tacos & we got sour cream. I also asked forbeef chalupas & got chicken. Highly disappointed & ended up giving my order away to a homeless man. Read more
Went on Friday night. I ordered a bean burrito. So many issues with just 1 burrito!! It was small...smaller than usual. There... wasn't any red sauce on it (y'all cutting back or what??) The beans....the beans... Well the beans were runny!! Totally runny!Ran down both arms...on my jacket which then got on my car door. What can I say? Taco Bell continues to decline. The basic bean burrito is $1.69 and looks like something out of a kid?s meal.... Barely even a snack. Poorly made and more like a limp noodle than anything that resembles a burrito. The beans were watery andthe tortilla was gummy. The basic taco is $1.79 and also looks like something a child might be served - really no meat to speakof, a smattering of something that?s supposed to resemble cheese and some lettuce for filler. We were there 4:15pm monday picking up are order . Big order my my wife check the bag she saids that there was burrito... missing. The kid at registered said that he making the burrito. As she received the burrito on her way the kid that made theburrito told my wife go f her mother. Wife is American speaks Spanish English very good.never will go there again Read more
