This place is more of experiencing the ice cream being made in front of you. You get to choose which guilty pleasure you want as... an ice cream base, and voila see the magic happen. I think the ice cream is fantastic. Yes, it's more costly but you pay for the experience. I was so excited about the process... going on in front of me. I would give five stars, however, when paying for an experience, you would expect better customerservice. The employees weren't rude, but they weren't friendly either. Both times I've gone, I've felt like an inconvenience tothem. Minimal conversations, lack of smiles, side glances at each other... an over all feeling they didn't want to be there,and they didn't want me there either. I'm craving the ice cream... but not the service. Its sad to avoid a place you lovebecause you're not trying to take the vibe home with you. Read more
