As I am sitting here a waist high, meaning very large, snow white dog walks in with the owner. The entire staff wants to see... the dog and all of them admire the dog. At the counter, the manager chats with the owner as the dog puts it's front paws on thecounter and it's head protrudes over the counter top. The dog was very large. The man and his dog go and sit down at a tableto wait for the order. Starbucks policy is clear. Service dogs only. I do not want dog hair with my coffee. Paws on thecounter is clearly unsanitary. This store is larger than a typical Starbucks one. Update: Since my first impressions, I have been here many times. I like this... Starbucks location very much now. Staff is so lovely! I walked to this Starbucks. The mobile app show you can order here for pickup. When I get to the store the lobby is locked. I... have to walk over to the drive thru and ask for my order. They send me back to the front and hand my drink to me. I get closingthe lobby to sit down service but if your going to allow mobile order you should allow pickup in the lobby. The drink was good. I work in the area, and I come here everyday, and everyday they give the best service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks and... is the only Starbucks I order from now! They are quick and efficient, absolutely the model staff!
