I get mobile orders here often with no problems whatsoever. The other afternoon I put in a mobile order & arrived at the... expected time it would be done. Despite the drive thru being empty I was told they were still working on the order. I waited foranother 10 min?in the drive thru? after ordering ahead?. I noticed when I was handed my drinks the baristas were laughing and atthe time I thought nothing of it. After noticing taste difference and a stomach ache I realized the baristas most likely useddairy milk instead of using the non dairy option I always order. Really inconsiderate and inconvenient. This Starbucks is close to my house. Though the store is small, it is nice to have a close Starbucks. Needless to say,... everything about the drinks and food is the same as with the other Starbucks stores. I have found the store staff kind andattentive. I am so glad this store exists :) Read more
This particular locations drive through is extremely busy. I have never been inside. Always friendly, wish that the restaurants... attached also did the drive through...lol the line would triple!! Read more

Always have a good experience here. I?ve never had my drink made wrong before. Today they misheard me and gave me a pumpkin loaf... instead of a puppy thingy but they were still really nice and the refund for the loaf was really fast. Starbucks dependability! Fast, polite service. Great aromas. Good coffee. Clean bathrooms. My table had crums on it, but a dry... napkin took care of that. The other tables around were completely clean, but I wanted a specific table. ***The special part waswatching an employee help an older customer log into the Starbucks app. She initially helped him at the counter, but eventuallysat with him at a table and got him connected. She spent about 15 minutes. Other Starbucks teammates stepped up and took care ofthe other customers. Great job!!!! Very impressed. She is seated in the background of this photo. Read more
